Join us as the leaves turn and the air grows crisp for a season full of community, creativity, and fun! Women for High Bridge is excited to host a lineup of festive activities for all ages. From our family-friendly Scarecrow Decorating Contest along Main Street, to the colorful Fall Coloring Contest for kids, there are plenty of ways to get involved and celebrate autumn together.
Enjoy the charm of High Bridge during the Halloween Parade & Costume Contest, cast your vote for your favorite scarecrow, and take in the sights of our town decked out in seasonal spirit. With local sponsors, volunteers, and neighbors all joining in, our Fall Festivities are the perfect way to connect with community while making special memories.
🎃 Candy Donations Needed! 🎃
We’re collecting Halloween candy donations to help make the parade extra sweet for all the little ghosts and goblins. Allergy-friendly treats and sensory-friendly items (like small toys, stickers, or glow sticks) are also very welcome to ensure every child can enjoy the fun. Please send us an email or message us on Facebook @Women4HB to arrange pickup. Every donation helps keep the tradition alive!

2025 Scarecrow Coloring Contest
Hosted by Women for High Bridge
How to Enter:
- Download and print the official contest coloring page found below.
- Have your child color the scarecrow in their own creative style.
- Fill in the First Name and Grade on the front of the sheet. *OPEN TO HIGH BRIDGE RESIDENTS ONLY*
- Write the parent/guardian’s name and contact information clearly on the back of the page (or included in email submission).
- Submit the finished entry by October 25, 2025.
- Drop-off during the Halloween Parade or send via email to womenforhighbridge@gmail.com
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
Contest Timeline:
- 10/26/25 – All submissions will be posted on our Facebook page @Women4HB.
- 10/26 – 10/31/25 – Voting will take place online.
- 1/1/25 – Winner(s) will be announced on Facebook! 🎉
Consent & Guidelines:
By submitting artwork, you grant Women for High Bridge permission to:
- Post, publish, and redistribute the artwork on our social media pages and in print materials.
- Display your child’s first name and grade along with their submission.
Parent/guardian information is required for contact purposes and will not be shared publicly.

- Open to families, individuals, businesses, and community groups.
- All participants must register to be included in the contest.
- Scarecrows will be displayed around town, bringing a touch of autumn charm to our community.
- The Best Scarecrow Winner will be announced after voting closes!
